Restaurants in Cappadocia

More than 2.5 million people visit Cappadocia each year, and everyone have to eat. The most popular dish-Testi Kebap. Testi is the Turkish word for a certain kind of pot. The stew-like ingredients are put into the pot, the pot is sealed shut and put in the oven for 2-3 hours, and then is brought to the table and cracked open in front of you.
